Sullivan Steel operates a single warehouse in Pennington, New Jersey, USA. We do not currently have any other locations.

How does Sullivan Steel ship material?

Sullivan Steel will coordinate collect shipments with UPS, LTL carriers, and flatbeds. Customers may also request freight services. Sullivan Steel will always select the most economical and speediest freight option. Shipping charges will either be built into the price of the material (prepaid) or can be added to the invoice (prepaid and add). 
What should I do if my order is lost, damaged, or incorrect? If your material from Sullivan Steel was lost, damaged, or incorrect, please contact your sales representative and have your PO number ready.
